It's been a rocky ride, but it's all uphill from here...
For those of you who might not have been privy to all the goings-on of the past few months, I've recently lost one publisher, and gained another.
On September 14, Aspen Mountain Press re-released an old book with a very new face. Why do I say this? Because Project Prometheus' IN HER NAME has changed. Dramatically.
This wasn't something intended to make anyone have to buy additional copies of a book they already had. The changes to IN HER NAME have a story almost as long as the book itself.
When IN HER NAME was originally written, all the changes now made to the "new" version were in there. That was in 2001. But, by the time IN HER NAME was first released in 2005, much of the story had been removed due to constant suggestion that the content was too intense or graphic for Romance audiences of the time.
But my writing career has undergone a major shift in the past year, and with that shift has come infinite possibilities, including my chance to finally tell the story of Matt Raleigh and Manara the way it was intended to be told. This story is full of not only the passion of a romance begun over 10,000 years ago, but also mystery, intrigue, and a supernatural twist that readers of the "new" version declare make it "a thousand times better than the original release."
So, if you love Romance... If you're intrigued by mystery and suspense... If the supernatural fascinates you... Pick up your copy of IN HER NAME at Aspen Mountain Press, and prepare for the ride of your life!
