I understand an invoice will be sent to me via PayPal for payment of my order. No PayPal account is necessary to pay via PayPal, and I can opt to use a credit or debit card for payment through the PayPal website.

I further understand I will not be billed for my order until all items I ordered are ready to be signed and shipped to me. Depending on title availability, this may be up to 3 weeks from date of order. I consent to consider this my only notice to this effect, and I may opt to receive my order more quickly by paying for Premium Shipping (cost varies based on number of titles ordered). To request Premium Shipping, please contact Esther Mitchell.

I understand that no items will be personalized until I have paid my invoice. Failure to pay invoice will delay the signing and shipping of items I have ordered until such time as payment is made. I further understand that if payment is not made withing 30 days of receipt of invoice, my order will be deemed "abandoned" and I will have to start the order process over again, unless I have contacted Esther Mitchell and received a written extension.

I understand the price provided includes all applicable taxes and Priority Mail shipping inside the United States and its territories. If I am outside the United States, additional shipping costs will be calculated and added to my invoice.

I understand that all titles provided direct from author are English Language ONLY. No Exceptions.

I understand that once payment is received and books are signed, there can be no refund/returns, due to nature of personalization. If I need to cancel my order for any reason, I must notify the author prior to payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
